Kathie Marable

REALTOR Kathie Marable considers it her good fortune to have been born and raised in her beloved Floyd County – and she will be the first to tell you there is no place on earth she would rather live! As a lifelong “local,” she knows the community inside and out. Kathie came to Toles, Temple & Wright, Inc. in January 2004 and specializes in residential real estate. In addition to being an agent, Kathie, together with her husband, has been a small business owner-operator in Rome for more than three decades.

Kathie is married to Richard Marable, who served as a state senator for 12 years, representing Georgia’s 52nd district. Together they have three grown children, five grandchildren and a growing immediate family. Kathie has been a community volunteer in Rome-Floyd County for many years, having served in a variety of capacities for different civic groups and non-profit organizations. By the time her children graduated from high school, she had spent decades giving her time as part of several parent-teacher organizations in county, city and private schools.

In her free time, she enjoys being with family and friends, and just about any kind of outdoor activity. The Marables reside in the Horseleg Creek area of Rome.
