As a real estate agent myself, and having worked for agents in the past, my overall experience with agents can be, let's say, inconsistent. But I had to take a moment today to highlight Kathi Austin. She took the time to reach out via phone AND email to thank all agents who submitted offers for one of her listings. Even though our buyers didn't win the offer, the information she provided went a long way in giving my buyers more insight into the market of the moment and how they can remain competitive with their offers to get the home they desire. What a great experience!
Kathi is a veteran of the Real Estate industry and has her finger on the pulse of both the market and the Real Estate industry at all times. When the market did an "about-face" and completely changed, to the point of giving everyone whiplash, that's when she really "wowed" us. She calmed and assured us by presenting us with realistic expectations (that's key to a smooth transaction) and a clear and concise plan that would get us to our end goal; and it did! Having navigated through some very stormy markets/times in the past, Kathi knew what to do. Trust the process and listen to her advice, she knows what she's talking about. I recommend Kathi to my friends, family and even people I don't know, and that's something I rarely do; my standards and expectations are very high.
Kathi, you were and absolute pleasure and asset to work with and achieve our goals.

Kathi is amazing… more than my realtor.. she is my friend.. I have known her for many years.. she has assisted me in buying and selling multiple homes and has been very supportive throughout all of the sales . She kept me grounded when we hit any hiccups in the sales or purchases… a great realtor and friend.
