We worked with Kathy to buy our first home and she went above & beyond for us - even working while she was on vacation! As first-time home buyers, we went into the process basically clueless and Kathy left us feeling reassured at all times even when we hit a few curveballs during the process (as most buyers do!). She even connected us to a great mortgage broker and attorney. We were able to move in less than 2 months from when we first looked at the house! Not only is she very professional and knowledgeable of the area but she is also personable and fun to be around. This is so important in today's unpredictable market. I would definitely recommend Kathy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the New Haven County area.

My husband and I hit it off with Kathy Dattilo the moment we met her at our first showing. Kathy was very attuned to our wants and needs in a prospective home. She was very responsive to our questions, texts and phone calls (we never waited more than an hour for her to get back to us). She was thoughtful when sending us prospective homes and always made sure we got a showing the day that a new house came on market. Our search took a while due to the Covid market, but Kathy stuck with us throughout the whole process, often talking us down from our frustration. We finally found the perfect home for us and it was worth the wait! Kathy helped us through the entire process from offer to closing. We highly recommend Kathy to help future homebuyers. Kathy was an absolute superstar in our hunt for the perfect home. She was patient and never seemed annoyed like others do when viewing homes. We decided to take a break on looking at homes and she was okay with it but still sent gentle nudges until we found our dream home! (Which was about 3 weeks after we decided to take a break on looking haha). Kathy is very knowledgeable, punctual, attentive, and very kind. Sometimes with other realtors they tend to push you above your budget ceiling but she really listened to everything we wanted and was patient until we found the home!
