Kathleen Divine

Kathleen Divine's real estate career began in 1996 when she moved to Middle Tennessee and took a position as a real estate paralegal with a law firm in Clarksville, where she researched the title histories of properties in preparation for closing. For the next decade, Kathleen worked in law firms and title companies on the processing and closing side of real estate.

In 2005, Kathleen obtained her real estate license and began selling property in Williamson, Rutherford, and Davidson counties. For a period of time, she was the sales manager for a custom home builder in Spring Hill until the market began to turn. From 2010-2013 she marketed timeshare properties in her hometown of Myrtle Beach, SC, and when the market recovered she relocated back to Middle Tennessee in 2014 to resume residential real estate sales.

In Kathleen's 20+ years of real estate, she has become an expert in the business of buying and selling real estate. As a full-time Realtor, Kathleen is here to help with any and all real estate needs.
