My belief is that what makes the difference in a Real Estate transaction is personalized service. I provide this service to clients - sellers and buyers alike - by first listening and determining their specific needs and goals. I am "hands on" through all phases of the transaction.
My real estate career began in 1996, learning side-by-side with a local successful Realtor. In 1998, I joined the Coldwell Banker team because of the excellent service offered to buyers and sellers. Most recently, I have been attending tech-based and legal seminars to keep up with the ever changing industry.
