Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Katie Kozlak-Graif learned the values of quality, service, and dedication at a very young age. Growing up in the world of hospitality, Katie was immersed in the operations of her family’s successful third-generation steakhouse where attention to detail, warm customer care, and a passion for people became second nature. With the intention of bringing the same qualities of commitment, excellence, and a fierce work ethic to her real estate career, Katie launched HOUSEPITALITY - a catered approach to real estate focused on providing buyers and sellers with exceptional service and care as they navigate their real estate transactions. After earning a degree from The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, Katie worked in education, which eventually brought her to Arizona where she fell in love with the sunshine, lifestyle, and palpable energy of the state. After establishing roots in the area, Katie continued to work in education, raised four children, and became an advocate for the elderly as well as individuals with Asperger’s, helping them find necessary services and resources. Following her career in education, Katie transitioned to real estate where she continues to serve her clients with the exceptional care of a hospitality professional and the heart of a teacher.
