I've had family living in the Temecula/ Murrieta Valley since the 1960's.WOW I've seen some amazing changes.I myself grew up in L.A. county areas of Carson, Compton and Gardena. My parents grew up in San Pedro, Long beach and Wilmington areas. My uncle and cousins lived in the Golden Triangle of Murrieta (before there was even a 15 fwy.) With all of this personal area knowledge, you definitely want me working on your side.
I also practice what I sell. I am and have been a property/ land owner since my early 20's I live on a beautiful equestrian estate that has a well, septic and propane.(Yes I have horses and no I don't ride as much as I would like to.)
I've been licensed and selling real estate full time since 2006.I absolutely love what I do. Each year I am always one of the top producing agents in my office.
I like to call myself the neighborhood equity protector. What I mean by that is i will not allow my sellers to give their property away. I always negotiate the best deal for my sellers in any given market. My sellers have often put so much of their heart, time and money into their property and they deserve to get market top dollar.
Volunteering in my community is important to me. I even involved my children. Donating time, efforts and funds to organizations Project Touch, S.A.F.E.. Rancho Damacitas and more. Also through EXIT Realty I donate a portion of my commissions to Habitat For Humanity.Their vision is "A World Where Everyone Has A Decent Place To Live." I like that very much.
