Kathleen Keegan

Kathleen has been helping homes find new owners since 2003. Kathleen works along the South Shore (Massachusetts) from Bridge to Bridge (Sagamore Bridge up to Fore River Bridge) and specializes in PEMBROKE (her home town), Kingston, Duxbury, Hanson, Halifax, Marshfield, Hanover, and Plymouth. Kathleen considers herself a guidance counselor, not a decision maker (that's you). Kathleen have more than 37 years experience of sales and customer service.

Kathleen grew up in Monument Beach (beginning of the Cape) and was raised by her mother, an AMAZING woman. Her dad was a Navy Seal and unfortunately was killed when he stepped on a landmine in Vietnam. Her mom did a phenomenal job raising 3 little girls. She raised me to be self-sufficient and self-reliant, which Kathleen believes has lead her to have the confidence to open her own real estate company.

Kathleen is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and as a member, there is a Code of Ethics that Kathleen subscribes to. In summary, it states that Kathleen must always look out for her client's best interests. Massachusetts Association of Realtors takes this Article quite seriously. They use the Code of Ethics to help regulate all real estate agents and their licensing. If Kathleen doesn't do everything in her power to look after your best interests, she is breaking this Article and jeopardizing her license.
