I met Kathleen by chance while looking at a property one weekend and continued to work with her for the next 4 months until I found my home. During that time she was extremely responsive, driving all over Wake County to show me homes on short notice, even did a video tour remotely for me. Kathleen worked very hard during this insane housing market to help me find and get into my current home submitting multiple offers on my behalf very quickly. . Her staff was just as professional and responsive , and she referred me to a very good lender who made the entire purchase process very smooth. I highly recommend Kathleen, she’s a realtor rockstar.

Kathleen is Awesome! We moved from Alaska to North Carolina and Kathleen was our eyes and ears before we moved here. After we talked to her about what we were looking for in a home, she provided numerous locations with pictures and information. She was available to speak with us the entire time, even with the difference in time zones. We found the right house mainly do to Kathleen's hard work. Kathleen was AMAZING to work with! Coming from out of state can make a move very stressful, but she made the process so easy! We only had a week to house hunt and Kathleen made sure that we were able to see all the houses we were interested in and helped us narrow it down based on what our family needed. We decided to go with a new construction and she kept us up to date on the progress of the home and made sure there was constant communication with the builders.
