I’ve always heard that buying a home is one of the most stressful moments in one’s life. This is not true with Kathleen as your realtor. The care and attention we received from Kathleen was second to none. Kathleen never missed a phone call, responded to every email or text immediately and if I had a question or request, it was answered and taken care of immediately. Kathleen was able to negotiate a closing which far exceeded my expectations as well! She will be our forever realtor!

Changing jobs, moving to atlanta, not sure on which areas to look at, school districts... that was our situation when we started and we are so glad to have met and worked with Kathleen. Kathleen is the best realtor we have ever worked with and she is now the only realtor we will work with. She works HARD for you, she gave us a full assessment, helped us determine what on our list of to-do's was must do and nice to do before we listed. Her communication is spot on and she keeps everything moving swiftly and very smooth. She was so knowledgeable of how the market had changed and how to navigate it. The market started to take a downturn due to rising interest rates, but that didn’t stop Kathleen from working even harder and, with her guidance, we worked on some creative offers.
