Kathleen Mancini was impressive throughout the entire process. On our first meeting, when I thought she would just be coming to see the property, she came armed with every detail of all current listings and recent sales in the neighborhood. By the end of the meeting she left us feeling very well informed on the value of our home and the current market.

When Kathleen listed the house we had offers immediately. She was very helpful when deciding which offer was best for us. In less than a week we had an offer we accepted. Kathleen arranged everything we needed for the closing.

We couldn't be happier. Working with Kathleen Mancini was a real pleasure.
