Kathleen and Kris are originally from Seattle and moved to Phoenix in 2003. They are the recipients of four prestigious “Winning with Service” Awards in recognition of superior customer service in the areas of real estate performance, communication, and knowledge.
Before moving to the Valley of the Sun, Kathleen and Kris owned an Electrical and Telecommunication Supply Company, selling to Original Equipment Manufacturers, Electrical Contractors, Utilities, and Industrial Manufacturers. They gained recognition for being the first Women-Owned Electrical Supplier in the Pacific Northwest, fulfilling the Federal Government and the Washington State’s set aside goals for women. Attained MWBE Certification for both the State of Washington and the Federal Government.
