My wife and I met Kathleen at an open house when we were house hunting on our own during a move to the northeast Atlanta area. I know Kathy Rastetter from when we lived in Pittsburgh. I needed a referral for a real estate agent in Pittsburgh to sell my home there before moving to Dallas/Fort Worth TX.
