Kathleen Rodriguez

Kathleen began her career in Real Estate in 2016 by starting as Director of Operations for a local team prior to obtaining her license. She has a bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She moved with her husband and two girls to the Fort Mill area in 2008. She has a multitude of experience in customer service, client and account management, sales, and sales training. Kathleen co-launched the Simply Sold Team with her business partner Leigh LaRue earlier this year.


She is licensed in SC/NC and works diligently to ensure each client finds their special home that fits their needs while making sure the transaction goes smoothly from beginning to end. She brings a unique perspective as well to all those moving from out of the area as she understands the complexities of a long distance move.
