Kathleen Schell

Kathleen has an extensive background in all aspects of business marketing, ranging from strategic planning to hands-on sales experience. This includes working at Ford Motor Company for over 8 years in a variety of positions, concluding as a Brand Marketing Manager for the Premier Automotive Group in Irvine, CA.


After moving to Rehoboth Beach, she co-founded Maverick Marketing, a full-service strategic marketing, public relations, and event planning company working with clients in Mid-Atlantic Region. Past real estate-related clients include The Peninsula on the Indian River Bay, RDM, Ocean Atlantic Development, and the Atlantic Sands Hotel.


Her educational background includes graduating with degrees in Economics and European Studies from Western Michigan University and earning an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2002. She also holds a diploma in European Studies from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium.
