Kathy has made a life out of cultivating her relationships. She has taken great pride in being in the real estate industry coming from a family background of general construction, both commercial and residential locally. She enjoys seeing all the different ways people convert a house to a home and turn it into their personality. Owning a home is as American as we can be. Kathy has had the opportunity to work on site with many local and National builders during her career since 1989. Her specialty is a 55 plus Active adult community called Jubilee. It is located in Lacey WA and surrounded by two championship golf courses called the Links and the Woodlands. Kathy has owned two homes there and has been a resident for over 11 years.
