Kate is truly amazing--a consummate professional, incredibly skillful, unbelievably diligent, and simply the nicest person. Kate has sold two Whitman-district houses in Bethesda for us in the 15 months--my late father-in-law's house last fall and our house this year. Her incredible performance last year assured that we'd use Kate for the sale of our house.

To say Kate helped my wife sell her late father's house is a gross understatement. Kate both masterminded and managed the updating of a 1960's house that hadn't been changed since 1971. She advised us on where to spend money on and what not to do, not only maximizing value while minimizing what we spent but also bringing in excellent contractors to perform the work. Her recommendations--and hard work--increased the sales price by several hundred thousand dollars, converting what would have been a builder's tear-down to a lovely family home.

Kate again performed incredibly in the sale of our house. Due to the pandemic, we had left Bethesda to be near our family, which placed an extraordinary burden on Kate who oversaw what needed to be done, recommended great people to do what was needed (painting; modest repairs), gave us great advice about pricing, and seamlessly handled the sale. As an example of Kate's terrific reputation and relationships (combined with her jumping in and working to resolve the matter), when a last minute glitch threatened to delay settlement, the title company she'd recommended was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

To anyone considering selling or buying a house in Bethesda, you simply cannot do better than Kate.
