I just purchased an amazing two family investment property with Kathy as my realtor! She was amazing and made my first home buying experience so easy by being well informed, responsive and easy to communicate with. Kathy knows everything there is to know about real estate and knows just about everyone in Bergen county which makes the home buying experience much easier. Even after the sale, she continued to educate us about the process of taking over previous owners leases and took the time to make sure everyone was on the same page. She has taught me so much through this process and I know none of this would be possible if I had chosen another realtor without the same passion and experience as Kathy. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking to buy or sell in New Jersey and I plan on hiring her and her company for my future investment endeavors.
