Kathlyn Mingay

I returned to my hometown of Wooster after graduating with a Business Degree from Champlain College, in Burlington, Vermont, and beginning my sales career in Washington DC. Although I love to travel and explore, Northeast Ohio is where it truly feels like home.

I have a beautiful family alongside my husband, Andy and our two children. We enjoy and contribute to many of the events and activities a small town can provide, such a sports, community centers, parks and the great schools.

I have a strong passion for working with people, and identifying their needs, whether it be finding a new home for your family, or an investment opportunity for your future.
