Kate has done multiple transactions with her clients. Kate has also become a professional building consultant for many of her clients. Her close work with local builders has taught her how to run projects both big and small while protecting her client's interest, budget, and timing throughout.

Kate was chosen to star in a pilot on HGTV's "Connecticut Under Construction" due to her knowledge of both real estate and construction.

Kate has lived in Darien with her family for over 16 years. Kate Has all the connections and knowledge that her clients need in order to begin their dream of living in Darien and enjoying all it has to offer. Kate will set you up with Schools, beach passes and introduce you to your neighbors. She is very involved as a volunteer in her children's schools. She also supports her favorite causes/charities locally including The Darien Depot and OPUS Person to Person.

Fun Fact - Kate was born and raised in Westchester, NY and has since moved her entire family including Parents to CT. They love it!
