About Kathryn

My name is Katy Evans, and I have been a real estate broker since 2006. I started in the mortgage business. In 2007, I began working with my husband, Greg Evans, as his assistant. In 2023, we left Century 21 and opened Evans Realty in Lower Lake. Evans Realty is a full-service brokerage. We offer property management services as well as all aspects of real estate sales. We have been in the same location for nearly 15 years and look forward to many more years as Realtors. Evans Realty consistently closes numerous deals each year, representing both buyers and sellers throughout Lake County.
I have lived in Lake County since 1998. I graduated from UC Davis and majored in Agricultural Science and Management. After college, I worked in agricultural production and sales. I later sold pet grooming supplies all over California. I have been a salesman for most of my adult life.
Greg and I, raised and educated our 3 children in Lower Lake. We built our home and developed our property into a small farm. I raise sheep. I enjoy gardening, family time, movies, and travel.
I enjoy volunteering my time across several organizations in Lake County. I started Anderson Marsh 4-H in 2007, and currently lead the sheep and goat project. I served on the Lake County Fair Junior Auction Committee and the Lake County Fair Foundation for several years. I currently serve on the Lake County Farm Bureau board, the Lake County Chapter of California Women for Agriculture board, serve on several committees for both organizations, and hold a seat on the Lake County Board of Supervisors Food Council committee. I introduced the Wreaths Across program to Lower Lake and several other communities in Lake and Mendocino County, and continue to provide support as needed. I have served on Ad Hoc Committees for the Lake County Board of Realtors. I value our small town community and find it important to give back.
