Kathryn Godby

Kathryn Godby is a lifelong resident of New Jersey. She founded Godby Realtors in 1979 as a small boutique residential real estate office. Through the years she expanded to include commercial and investment services.

As both the Broker of Record and Owner, she is as much a salesperson as a manager, thriving on the personal contact and relationship building that has formed her reputation. Her business success is the result of satisfied customers and clients, repeat business, and referrals.

Kathryn is a member of the Professional Standards Committee of the NCJAR, a past public member of the District X Ethics Committee of the Morristown County Bar Association, and has GRI and SRES designations.
