Kathryn Hendrix

As a native from this area, Kathryn has had the opportunity to grow up on the gulf coast. She grew up in Gulf Breeze and has had the wonderful opportunity to raise her own children here in Pensacola.
She went to Clemson University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics in 1998. She then moved with her husband to Anderson, SC and became a High School math teacher. After two years they had a wonderful opportunity to move back to the Gulf Coast. She then worked at Gulf Breeze High School until having children. Kathryn has three beautiful children who attend the local area schools.
Working with Robin McArthur, Kathryn shares her customer focus and negotiating skills. One of the biggest investments someone makes is in his or her home, and Kathryn wanted to be part of that process, connecting buyers with properties that both meet their wants and needs. Making customers new to the Gulf Coast and locals feel instantly at home remains one of her most satisfying rewards.
