Kathryn Rahn

A LIFELONG ACHIEVER.
Kathryn Rahn has always been the type of person who is driven to perform at a higher level and is never content with average. One of two siblings in the small town of Glennville, Georgia, Kathryn excelled at piano at a young age taking over as the lead pianist of her church at age twelve. Her father, retired military from the air force, and her mother who was a social worker, instilled in her high standards, traditional values, and a hard work ethic that Kathryn lives by today.

Driven to help others, she went to Georgia Southern University to pursue a degree in education. Kathryn did not stop there. She continued with a Master’s in Education, Specialist ED.S., and National Board Certification for teachers. An honor that is not easy to obtain.

After 15 years of teaching, Kathryn now serves the community in a different way as a real estate agent but with the same passion and desire to excel.

As a teacher setting goals and clearing the path for growing minds, Kathryn's skills to identify the needs of individuals and achieve results surpassed her peers. Multi-tasking, clear communication skills, and compassion, traits she honed as a teacher, now translate to her real estate career to make her a highly effective agent. Asking the right questions, devising a plan, and walking through the process in lock step with the client is Kathryn's recipe for success.

THE WOMAN BEHIND YOUR SUCCESS.
No person is defined solely by the career they have. As a compassionate person, Kathryn served as a member of the Junior League of Fort Smith, Arkansas and taught adult education classes at John Brown University. After moving to Lakeland, Florida, Kathryn and her husband, Jud, remained highly active in their church along with their two children. Kathryn and Jud led a Connect Group at Lakes Church and each served on committees within the church.

In 2018, Jud and Kathryn relocated to Newnan, GA for Jud's job at Coca-Cola in Atlanta. They are now members of Crossroads Church and are very active in the community. Their children attend Madras and Newnan High School! Go Cougars!
