Kathy is an exceptional realtor.

From our first meeting, Kathy demonstrated market knowledge and was personable. She is energetic, gregarious and quick witted. Kathy was available for any questions or concerns.
The marketing plan was excellent, also her photographer is fabulous. The drone video and interior photos were outstanding, one reason our home sold so quickly.
After Kathy listed our property, she kept us informed of showing times and agent/client feedback. We had five solid offers in less than a week. Kathy was present for the appraisal and home inspection too.
Even though closing was the day before Thanksgiving, the process went well. Kathy was instrumental in allowing us to remain in our home for the holidays. Our adult children really enjoyed one last Christmas in the house!
Kathy made home selling a good experience. We highly recommend Kathy if you're exploring the idea of buying/selling a home or property. She was a pleasure to work with!

Not only was our home sold, we gained a lifelong friend.
