Kathy Ambachtsheer

DeLand has been my home since 1969. Being a Realtor in DeLand and West Volusia is an absolute pleasure. DeLand sells itself and is a great community in which to raise a family. My four children loved growing up in DeLand.

I have been a Realtor since 1981, helping folks find the right house for their family. First time homebuyers are one of my specialties but each customer is a unique and challenging experience.

I work very hard for my customers but in my leisure time I enjoy canoeing and kayaking the Florida streams or whitewater rivers in North Carolina and teaching canoeing to elder hostlers and youth is also one of my interests.

In DeLand you can get involved in your community. I enjoy serving on the YMCA Board, the Young Life Committee, and am active in my church.
