Kathy Armstrong

A Belhaven University graduate and proud Texas transplant, I specialize in the sale of new and existing homes in the greater Austin area. Prior to my career in real estate, I was a corporate trainer and business coach for an international children's art franchise. I also have owned my own restaurant and worked as an on-air food stylist at QVC for corporate clients.

Leveraging my experience as a business coach and successful business owner, I am known for being easily accessible, for providing excellent personal client care and being a skilled negotiator with my client's best interests at heart. It is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with up-to-date information and market insight, so that my clients make the best decisions possible. I am a "straight shooter", sometimes telling clients things that are difficult to hear, hard working and backed by the largest the real estate companies in the world, Keller Williams.

I am committed to giving back and am passionate about children's hunger issues. I have worked with Generosity Feeds as an event coordinator to mobilize hundreds of people to package and feed children who go hungry outside school hours. In America, 1 out of every 5 children struggle with hunger and I am proud to be part of an organization that is committed to wiping out hunger one community at a time.

I am the mom of four beautiful girls! I am involved in the life of my local church and also can be found with my nose in a book. Most weeks I find myself catching live music whenever I can or at home in Georgetown enjoying all the community has to offer.
