Kathy has been an amazing realtor to work with every step of the way. She was very responsive and found is the perfect home we were looking for. In today’s market, it’s hard to beat out other offers, but Kathy was able to help guide us through the process. She also was very prompt in everything that needed to be accomplished to close in time (both in buying and selling). She also has a plethora of referrals for any home repairs that may be needed after a hone purchase. Would definitely recommend Kathy!

Kathy was our agent for both the buying and selling of our homes and she was always one step ahead of us. She was always on top of things and assisted with every aspect of the buying/selling process and was always available immediately. Kathy will go the extra mile to make sure you have the best service and experience when buying or selling a home. She took care of so many things for us that other realtors may have left up to the us to handle. She really accepts nothing but the best for her clients. If we EVER decide to move again, I will absolutely use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I seriously cannot imagine having a better or more hands on realtor than Kathy Bostrom. We were randomly referred to her through Zillow and I feel we really got lucky. Kathy was our agent for both the buying and selling of our homes and she was always one step ahead of us. Even on vacation, when we needed to line up extra inspections during our inspection window, Kathy was making calls and making sure things were done in a timely manner so we didn't miss our window. She took care of so many things for us that many realtors would have left up to the client. She really accepts nothing but the best for her clients. We received a high offer on the first day of our home being on the market. When it came to buying a new home, Kathy was diligent about checking comps and fully understanding the neighborhood and condition of the home to make sure we didn't over pay. Kathy truly cares about and wants what is best for her clients. If she is still in the business when we decide to move again I will absolutely use her again. Kathy has grown to mean so much to our family that she even made it on my four year old's very short birthday party invite list. I, without hesitation, would recommend Kathy Bostrom to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
