For friends I have not yet met, here is a bit of history so you can know me better: My career path started by earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University and marketing credentials from the International Council of Shopping Centers. After working in retail management, I became a REALTOR in 2002. I have worked in both residential new construction and resale markets. My real estate clients say they enjoy the strong customer service work ethic that I developed during my 30+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, and management. After joining ERA Reardon Realty, I became an Associate Broker in 2012. While building my real estate business, I have also earned the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), At Home With Diversity Certification (AHWD) and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS).
Education is important so REALTORS have the latest information available. I'm a well-trained REALTOR. It might be interesting for you to know that, while the MINIMUM requirement for a REALTOR to keep their license is 8 hours of continuing education and Legal updates per year, I average over 21 hours of continuing education and Legal updates EACH YEAR and have done so since becoming licensed. In 2010, I was awarded the "Master Realtor Award" recognizing my commitment to education, volunteerism and support of the real estate community.

In addition to working with clients, I'm a member of the Greater Lansing Association of Realtors and active in the Jackson Area Association of Realtors. In 2023, I was elected to the Board of Directors by my peers. I also volunteer for several committees including Governmental Affairs, Standard Forms and Professional Standards. I enjoy volunteering on projects sponsored by the Jackson Area Association of Realtors as well as the fundraising opportunities sponsored by ERA Reardon Realty.
