Kathy Carpenter

Kathy is a Florida resident and a realtor in the southwest Florida region now for the past 10 years. Originally from Ocean County New Jersey, a former Diane Turton Realtor for over 10 years there, Kathy and her husband moved to the Sarasota area to enjoy both the Florida lifestyle and recreate both their careers in this region. Kathy has always enjoyed the total intricacies involved in real estate. It's not enough to find a customer their desired aesthetics and criteria in a new home but important to realize if the home is a sound investment in their portfolio,......after all,....this is usually the greatest personal investment in a person's life. I want for my customer to acquire the home that meets their desired dreams but also protects their hard earned dollars it took to purchase that home.

Kathy is a graduate from the Gibbs Business School, formerly called Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School for all you baby boomers. A business education proved fortuitous in assisting Kathy to utilize acquired skills such as accounting and negotiating in her real estate career. Kathy has now been with the RE/MAX Alliance Group for 7 of her past 10 years here in Florida and very much likes the Remax platform and the professional background the Crowley Family shares with the local communities. Kathy is a member of RE/MAX 100% club, but truly her interest is in the love of the job!

Kathy's interests and hobbies include almost anything that includes daily exercise. Also a past professional fitness teacher for years, I still enjoy my daily walk/runs, tennis with friends and family and boating and swimming. In addition friends laugh because if you need to know where to purchase just about anything,....I can assist with information. In addition her knack in decorating is not only a passion but is a great tool for her customers in staging their homes to prepare for a successful sale.
