They even went above and beyond by pressure washing the driveway and staging it to sell. Kathy and Paul helped me selling and buying a house last Sept. it could be a stressful experience when you try to buy and sell a house at the same time. But they made the process so easy. I was able to close the house and buy another one within 2 months . The house I was trying to sell was under agreement within a month. I think when a couple run in the same business, it’s very beneficial to the buyers/ sellers. One can see something that the other can’t. One can do this, while the other one can do that. It really is saved your time and energy. They went above and beyond. Thank you Kathy and Paul.

Kathy and Paul helped my husband and I sell our house. Not only were they knowledgeable, understanding, patient and available 24 hours they were sweet, kind and willing to make changes as we needed them to. They came in our house a few times giving helpful hints on what needed to be done and suggestions on would help the sell. I called and texted with questions several times and always received a message within an hour or so. They did a great job advertising the open house and within 2 days our house was under agreement. From there they walked us through every step making the transition from our first home to the second a breeze. We enjoyed working with Paul and Kathy and would and have recommend there services to others.
