COUNT on Kathy.....As a native of the East Coast, my affinity for coastal living and appreciation for fine seafood have been lifelong passions. However, the demands of my husband's career in the USN and FEDEX led us to Memphis, TN, for over two decades. It was during our time I embarked on my second career in 2002 as a real estate agent. My journey began in the public sector where I served with dedication within the government serving DOD, HHS and the Army Corps of Engineers. As Supervisor of a CHAMPUS Managed Care Heath Care Office at NAS, Kingsville, TX, I cultivated a deep-seeded commitment to serving others with integrity, loyalty and compassion. Since relocating to Lewes, DE, in August 2017, I have returned to the shores that always felt like home. I now have nearly 24 years of dedicated service in the real estate industry. I take pride in assisting customers and clients in making informed decisions when buying and selling properties. My value proposition lies in my unwavering commitment to core values of integrity, trust, loyalty and a positive attitude.
