Kathy DeMello

Born in Chicago, Illinois, Kathleen DeMello moved to New England with her New England native husband, Bob DeMello in 1971. Once established in the Boston area she began building her career in space planning, design, project and facilities management, and international corporate real estate for Wang Laboratories, John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co., Gillette, and Sun Micro Systems. She served as president of the Boston Chapter of the International Facilities Management Assoc. In 2004 Kathleen gathered all her skills and embarked on another career path in commercial and residential real estate, obtaining her license and is proud to be hanging her license at Caldwell Banker Realty, servicing both commercial and residential needs. Kathy was the 2017 President of the Commercial Investors Board of Realtors for the State of New Hampshire, 2017 President of the New England Commercial Property Exchange, an executive board member of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors as Director of Professional Development and the Women’s Resource Council as Director of Programs.
