Having worked in sales most of my life, I have learned that satisfying the customer is paramount. Having received my Missouri Real Estate Broker/Associate license in 2004 and my Florida Broker/Associate license in 2016, my focus is finding the perfect home for each individual or family as well as the perfect buyer for the homes I am marketing. Knowledge and commitment are the two most important qualities I offer my clients and customers. In 2016 I began my Florida Real Estate Career. In 2018 I made my Missouri license inactive, dedicating my career to the East Polk County area. Working with Veterans is also very important to me having served in the Navy in the mid 1970’s
Professional Education and Designations
Member of East Polk County Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, as well as retaining my license inactive in Missouri. In 2019 I will begin my service on the local Realtor Board of Directors. The designations I've achieved are ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative, GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, and SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialiat. Education includes Real Estate Broker School, Real Estate Sales School, SEMO University, Illinois Central College, and the University of Wisconsin.
Personal / Comments
I am single and have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. I am a Navy Veteran and a member of the American Legion, Elks, VFW Auxiliary, and have been involved with the Shrine Club, Job's Daughters, the local Swim Team, and the summer baseball programs. Currently I am serving as Secretary of my community Social Club. I enjoy working with people, assisting them in finding that perfect home to meet their special needs.
