My husband and I worked with Kathy Friedman over the past ten years with renting, buying, and selling our homes. We worked with Kathy as recently as March/April 2023. She assisted us in securing a multigenerational home, and made sure that we had a strong offer before submitting it to the seller, who was entertaining another offer. Needless to say, the seller accepted our offer. When it was time to list our home for sale, Kathy got our house professionally photographed, assisted in staging, and listed over the course of one weekend. Our home went live on the market on a Monday, and we had an offer by Wednesday of the same week. Kathy has always been professional, and she is the person I have recommend to my friends and family, and will continue to recommend Kathy when renting, selling, or purchasing a home, as she is one of the best.
