Kathy Gaines-Still

Raised in Washington DC. Kathy has been a licensed Realtor for over 19 years; she also has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries.

Her real estate repertoire includes luxury homes (she is a member of the Institute for Luxury Homes Marketing ILHM), move-up buyers, first-time homebuyers, foreclosures, short sales and investment properties. Her education, qualifications and years of experience have given her a unique perspective and the compassion that other real estate agents may lack during today’s challenging housing market.

Kathy is an HUD Certified Housing Counselor and (CDPE) Certified Distressed Property Expert, making her uniquely qualified to assist those who may be facing foreclosure explore other options such as short selling their property.

She can also help buyers navigate through the purchase of a short sale property. Kathy is an active member of her state and local Realtor associations.

In addition to her ILHM and CDPE designations, Kathy holds the GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) membership, and is Credit Smart Certified Trainer, One America Certified, and WorkForce Housing Certified. Also well as CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) a designation/honor that only about 40 Realtors in the entire state of Maryland has earned.
