With 32 years of sales experience in the San Gabriel Valley real estate market and having managed over 600 transactions, Kathy’s local market knowledge and unsurpassed neighborhood expertise make her the woman you want to talk with when buying or selling property. She has helped busy professionals from Caltech, JPL, Fuller Seminary, and the entertainment industry make smart real estate decisions.

Kathy enjoys an exceptional reputation both with her clients and colleagues. Kathy has been a resident of the Pasadena area since 1989 and lives in a 1929 Spanish style home which she and her husband are working to restore.
