Kathy Goen

Kathy grew up in DeSoto, Texas. After graduating she decided to go to work for her family’s business in downtown Cedar Hill, Phillips Lumber Company. She worked there for 8 years until a death in the family caused them to close the family business.

Kathy dabbled in commercial real estate only to realize that residential was a better fit for her. It’s was way more personal and she established long lasting relationships.

Kathy have been a real estate agent with Ebby Halliday, Realtors for the last 8 years and she love it. She work full time, however, still make time for her family and 11 year old daughter who loves volleyball and dancing. In her spare time her husband and she play together on an indoor soccer team. She love serving the southern DFW metroplex but Kathy is willing to go wherever her clients take her.
