Kathy is originally from Colombia South America, waving her American flag as a very proud American Citizen.
Kathy has lived in the area for 20 years and she has been working in Real estate for over 16 years. She loves the USA more than she can express so to say that she is a proud Ambassador of the American dream is an understatement.
Kathy is bilingual (English/Spanish) with an academic background in Marketing and Advertising. Her professional experience extends from working with foreign Government, teaching, and Corporate America.
Kathy’s area of expertise includes Military and Corporate relocation, International Real estate transactions, first-time home buyers, and especially new construction. She has worked for several local and nationwide builders in the area and major metropolitan areas like Atlanta and its surroundings.
Kathy holds several professional designations such as CIPS, GRI, AHWD, MRP, RCC, CNHS, ePRO, PSA. With her life experiences, sincere and down to earth approach, background, and creative mind she intuitively adapts to new challenges looking outside, below, and even under the box to find ways to approach and conquer the set goals so any obstacle can be transformed into a great ground full of new possibilities.
Real Estate Is Kathy’s passion and service to others is her motivation. Her job has given her an incredible avenue to learn about and serve others genuinely and focus on what connects us to the heart and the true meaning of feeling at HOME. She enjoys learning and building relationships through traveling and serving at church while she also enjoys painting, eating out, decorating, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
