Originally from southern Illinois, Kathy lived in a variety of places, including Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, Utah and the Republic of Panama, before settling in Southwest Florida in 2005 and has been an Island resident since 2008.
Kathy’s professional career took her to the management level for major retail brands such as Victoria’s Secret and Chico’s. Her management position came with a multitude of responsibilities and experiences that Kathy incorporates seamlessly into her real estate career. From customer service to a detail-oriented approach, Kathy has excelled at every level and is using this experience to give her real estate customers the best possible buying or selling experience.
Kathy began her real estate career almost a decade ago and has been involved in some of the island’s most prestigious property sales. Kathy went on to further educate herself in the real estate industry and is proud to have earned a broker’s license as well as the Sanibel Captiva Island Specialist designation. In addition to her extensive educational and real estate sales experience, Kathy is honored to have been a recipient of Gulfshore Life Magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Agent Award an impressive five times (2009, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014). Kathy’s real estate success has earned her a loyal following among past customers and many referrals from those impressed with her professionalism. Kathy enjoyed both working with buyers and representing sellers in an effort to achieve their real estate goals.
Kathy is blessed with two wonderful sons, Lucas and William, who are both currently enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff, her mini goldendoodle Oakley, family and friends, cooking, bike riding, traveling and reading.
