Kathy Hinkebein

Kathy Hinkebein is Vice President of Gant Hill & Associates. Her engineering background (B.S. Purdue University) and diverse business experience make Kathy uniquely qualified to provide a wide range of real estate services. She brings experience in both commercial and residential transactions and takes pride in creating unique solutions for her clients.

Kathy values the knowledge gained from membership in numerous professional organizations, including Urban Land Institute, Kentucky Chapter of CCIM, International Council of Shopping Centers, Venture Connectors, Leadership Louisville Center (Focus Louisville ’19), NAR, KAR, and GLAR.

Kathy gives her time and resources to various non-profit organizations across the Louisville community. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Family Scholar House and the Co-Founder and former co-Producer of the Louisville Music Awards.
