Professional
Kathy is a seasoned professional who looks out for her client’s best interest and is devoted to making each transaction efficient and worry free. Kathy’s patience, determination and integrity is evident as she successfully consults with clients on not just choosing the right property but making the right investment.
Experience
With over $115 million in closed volume, Kathy has experienced the height of the Charlotte market in the late 1990’s, the huge growth of western Union County in the early 2000’s, the recent recession and now the healthy rebound of today’s market.
Background
Before becoming a real estate broker, Kathy studied interior design and home furnishings marketing. Her passion for decorating, combined with education on space management & construction, allows her to help clients visualize a home’s potential. She also enjoys the construction process of new homes and attends all selection meetings with clients and consults on staging strategies for homes for sale. Her design background is an asset with choosing colors, textures and advising on trends versus timeless decor.
Relocation
A substantial portion of her business has always been relocation. Not only assisting buyers with finding the right “house,” but making sure they feel at “home” by the time they move in. Her full-service philosophy is endless with making sure a buyer understands the surrounding area, the local amenities and any professional contacts that might be needed – doctors, dry cleaners, etc.
Referral Focused
Kathy’s ongoing referral and repeat business is a testament to the respect of past clients and peers. Providing clients with the highest degree of service, whether it’s selling their home or working towards finding a new home, is her priority and no detail is overlooked. She delivers a level of service that is second to none.
Motherhood
Being a mother to a young daughter, she can relate to the many concerns parents express in moving – schools, preschools, sports, and activities. It is necessary for children to immediately ‘connect’ to their new neighborhood and explore the many opportunities available to them – both recreational and cultural.
