As a graduate of Northern Arizona University, and a 36-year resident of Flagstaff, Kathy has a passion for Northern Arizona and is uniquely qualified to navigate the local real estate market. Drawing from over 30 years of Sales Management Experience, she understands that buying and selling a home is one of the biggest investment decisions in life and views representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege.

With husband and Real Estate partner, Eric, meeting new people and helping clients sell or find the right home in this beautiful community is her passion. The cornerstone of her business is built on Honesty, Loyalty, and Integrity. Client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate her most.

Kathy enjoys serving at the Flagstaff Food Kitchen and helping to raise funds for the Flagstaff Cancer Society and the Salvation Army. In her spare time, she loves to travel, attend Flagstaff High School Baseball games, play disc golf, and hike the beautiful mountains of Northern Arizona with her husband, son, and dog!
