Kathy’s venture into real estate began in 2002, following her graduation with a degree in Small Business Management. Her initial professional path led her to a prominent accounting firm, where she honed her skills. However, it was during the purchase of her own home that she discovered a profound fascination with the real estate process. Inspired by this experience, Kathy decided to redirect her career towards her newfound passion.
Starting out in resale in the Richmond area, Kathy’s expertise and dedication caught the attention of a national builder. She quickly rose to the position of the #1 online sales agent, showcasing her knack for navigating the complexities of the real estate market. Upon returning to Hampton Roads, Kathy shifted her focus to new homes, establishing herself as the go-to broker for new home sales in the region.
In pursuit of her vision for real estate firms, Kathy founded her own company where she served the community for 12 years. Her dedication and expertise earned her recognition as a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council and a Circle of Excellence Winner. Kathy also became a certified Military Relocation Residential Specialist, emphasizing her commitment to supporting our community’s Hometown Heroes.
Passionate about giving back, Kathy serves on the Board of Directors for Paint Pink Inc., a nonprofit founded by her late sister to support local cancer fighters. To honor her sister’s legacy, she donates a portion of her commissions to Paint Pink in her client's name, combining her real estate career with her commitment to community impact.
When she’s not helping clients, Kathy enjoys time at the beach, traveling, music, and life in Williamsburg with her daughter.
