Kathy King

I have lived most of my live in Madison County AL. The cotton fields have vanished and beautiful homes have dotted the landscape of my home town. I started selling real estate in 1993 when I was expecting my first child. It was an opportunity to combine my skills of interior design and my financial background as a CPA. My back ground allows me a unique opportunity to help you with the financial as well as the design concerns of home ownership. I received the Coldwell Banker International Diamond award in 2014 & 2015.. I have also received the Coldwell Banker International Silver Award in prior years. I am a member of Mt Zion Baptist Church and have been part of the Children's Sunday School program, Prayer Room, and The First Hispanic Baptist Awana Program. My children have both graduated from Madison Academy in Huntsville. After years of spending hours in their sports programs I am now free to pursue my interest in the community and sell more real estate. I graduated from the University of AL in Tuscaloosa in 1985 where I studied Accounting. I am a licensed CPA in TX and AL but have my license inactive at this time. I graduated from the University of North TX in 1991 with a MS in Interior Design and Housing. I graduated from Sparkman HIgh School. I have represented both buyers and sellers for the last 24 years and I have enjoyed both sides of the transaction. I learn so much from my clients.
