Kathy Lanpher

Kathy Lanpher became passionate about lake life while vacationing at lakes in Kentucky when she was growing up. After moving to Dallas and looking at several lakes, Possum Kingdom Lake was clearly the best in her eyes and she purchased a lot in Gaines Bend to build a second home. It was her second home for almost 20 years.

After many years in a successful corporate sales career, she moved to the lake to sell the “lake life” she loved so much. She began her real estate career in 2006 at The Harbor, a new, high-end development. Her knowledge of the property, expertise and honest and fun approach quickly made her a top producer.

In 2009, she expanded her practice to all areas of the lake and continued to perform at the highest levels while gaining a strong referral/recommendation base. It’s most important to her that she:

· does what she says she is going to
She understands the benefits of having a getaway at the lake and can easily discern what buyers want and need so they can find it quickly. Her sellers appreciate her thorough marketing and going above and beyond to sell their homes quickly and at the highest price possible. Her clients say she is an expert at her job and trust her to handle everything.

Kathy graduated from Murray State University (Murray, Kentucky) with a BSA degree. She is a full-time agent at Possum Kingdom Lake with Williams Trew Real Estate, a division of Ebby Halliday Real Estate, Inc. Prior to a career in real estate, she was a sales representative in the high-tech industry at IBM, Eastman Kodak and NCR Corp. She also enjoyed a few years in the lending/mortgage business. All of her business experience brings a high-level of competency and professionalism for her clients.

She lives in The Cliffs with her dog Aspen in a house she recently built and can now add home construction expertise to her resume!
