Kathy Lawber has been in the real estate industry for more than 28 years. She began as a licensed assistant and as soon as she had a strong understanding of the business - from the paperwork to customer service and marketing - she struck out on her own as a broker and later became licensed as a managing broker.

Real estate is an ever-changing business, and Kathy effortlessly moves with the changing industry tides. She attends conferences and classes to stay current with the market, rules, regulations, and laws. Kathy places great importance on being a trusted advisor for her clients and to help them navigate the real estate transaction in a way that benefits their goals and needs.
