I really have to give an A+ to Kathy. Our real estate transaction was not an easy one by any means and we finally got through it with Kathy’s help. She worked with us through many up and down without ever losing patience or making us feel like our demands were unreasonable. Kathy’s professionalism was incomparable and coming from another state, there were numerous points on which we felt vulnerable with our lack of local knowledge. Kathy was always quick to answer any question from construction trade to property taxes, water well , septic system, sewage etc... Kathy is a true experienced real estate professional. She does her homework, has a high attention to detail and is a knowledgeable expert in real estate. She is honest and “spot-on” with advice when asked. She conscientiously makes time for her clients and responds to texts, email, and phone calls expeditiously. She is very easy to work with. Knowing that we wanted to get our home on the market as soon as possible she was able to quickly get professional photographs and measurements. She got it listed and we had 2 offers over list price in one day. Kathy helped us through the inspection and repair process with her contacts and expertise. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was choosing KATHY LYNCH to be my listing agent. I had intended to interview three realtors. Kathy was the first, and I knew instantly that she was the right one for ME.

From our first meeting on, she patiently explained every step of the way giving me step-by-step instructions on how to proceed. Daily reminders and updates. Also, she was always prompt in replying. She is laser focused, extremely professional, detail oriented, remembers everything, and diligently ensures all facets of a transaction are attended to, and follows up to be sure.

KATHY is a wealth of knowledge on virtually anything to do with selling a home especially in MacGregor West where we both live, but had never met. She knew the current and coming competition, and what made MacGregor unique to buyers. Her selling price analysis was a precise exercise in which her knowledge of the neighborhood provided insight into the market. She also laid out 4 levels of improvements and potential listing prices for each, which made the “To do, or not to do” decision much easier and more informed.

She hired: a professional stager to offer invaluable advice as to how to stage my home for the most appeal to prospective buyers; and a professional photographer who took amazing photos and video for the web listing. All of this preparation resulted in multiple offers within 2 days of listing, and above the asking price and my home was under contract a day later.

From the time I contacted her until the time I closed she made me feel as if I was her one and only client. And on top of all the professional competence, she is warm, kind, and genuine fun.

I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for me. There were some difficult moments that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with, nor be able to walk me through them as methodically and calmly as she did.
