Kathy Kory Manoogian is proud to say that she is a Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel Realtor. In 1998, she decided to take her passion for all things real estate and turn it into her profession. After building 2 houses, and selling a couple on her own, Kathy decided to become the Realtor she wished she had worked with! No high-pressure sales tactics, no incompetence, just straight answers to straight questions, a lot of Integrity, and a "higher than normal" work ethic.
