After a year+ of looking I moved from another state and Kathy helped me find the EXACT house I was looking for!! She was amazing!!! There were hundreds of phone calls, text messages, emails, you name it and I ALWAYS got an answer right away! She never grew tired of my constant questions, indecision, or wanting to go see that one again. I never felt like she was rushing me or pushing me threw the process. I gave her my budget and told her that I did not want to see anything out side of it and she made sure that was always respected! I can not recommend Kathy enough!! I would not thank twice to give her name to anyone or use her again!! She is an amazing woman of integrity and I am blesses to have been able to be her client!

Kathy did an excellent job for me on an investment house I owned. She listens well and provides sound advice. Her customer service skills are impeccable. When asking someone to represent me in a business situation I look for honesty, integrity, a pleasing personality as well as common sense. She absolutely far surpasses most. She is pleasant, perceptive and willing to go out of her way to get the job done. Kathy’s pricing, knowledge of the process, as well as, familiarity with the area was right on target. We listed the house and it sold right away. When my parents decided to move back to Ohio and sell their house in LaGrange, Kathy took the job even though it was an hour away from her home. They were pleased with her services as well. I keep in contact with Kathy often as I have other real estate in the Louisville area I consider selling from time to time.
